  • Pulling Down Light - “Synteleia”

a Greek word derived from the prefix “syn-,” meaning “together,” and the root “tele-,” meaning “end” or “completion.”

Therefore, “synteleia” can be translated as “completion,” “fulfillment,” or “accomplishment.”

In ancient Greek philosophy, “synteleia” often referred to the realization or actualization of one’s potential, especially in the context of achieving a state of excellence.

It was also used to describe the unity or coherence of a system, where all parts work together harmoniously to achieve a common purpose.

In a more general sense, “synteleia” can capture the feeling of things coming together in a meaningful way, aligning in harmony, or fulfilling their intended purpose. It’s a beautiful word that encapsulates the idea of unity, wholeness, and fulfillment.
