What do Movement Ministers Do?
All ministers commit to their own 30 minute daily personal movement practice, 4-5 times a week, minimum. This self cultivation forms the foundation of our path of service. As one increases their own vibrational capacity, they are then able to embody the principles deeper and serve on a higher level.
Minister of Movement: Are you currently facilitating Ecstatic Dance, teaching Yoga, Qigong or leading another somatic practice? Becoming a Minister of Movement allows you to deepen your commitment and elevate your artform into a sacred service dedicated to your community. As a temple-keeper, you’ll cultivate personal growth and expand your capacity to serve, supporting your community at a higher level.
Minister of Music: Become more than a DJ, and learn how to open your channel fully. As a Minister of Music, you’ll master delivering transformational experiences through music, guiding your community through powerful and sacred journeys.

1. Complete the Application
Complete this brief application to take the first step toward becoming a certified Movement or Music Minister.
2. Join a Pod
If your application is accepted, you’ll be invited to join a pod of other new Ministers.
Over the course of 4 weeks, in three guided sessions, you’ll join fellow new ministers to explore the Movement Church vision and deepen your personal practice.
Together, you’ll prepare for ordination in a supportive community environment.
3. Certification
As a certified Movement or Music Minister, you’ll receive exclusive benefits to support your mission:

Brigitte Wittmer

Local Movement Work: Brigitte guides embodied movement experiences, workshops, and ceremonies that invite people into deeper relationships with their bodies, their inner landscapes, and one another. Her work integrates somatic awareness, creative solo and partner movement, parts work, and ritual to support nervous system regulation, honest self-inquiry, and lived integration. Rooted in a nomadic life between Switzerland, Brazil, and the U.S., Brigitte holds transformative movement spaces across many countries and cultures. As the creator of B-Moving and Liquid Leading, she weaves contemporary dance, Brazilian partner dances, somatic education, and transpersonal, shamanic, and trauma-informed wisdom into immersive journeys where movement becomes a path of self-awareness, emotional expression, and genuine connection. Brigitte is especially interested in how movement becomes a practice of listening, helping people sense truth, make aligned choices, and cultivate coherence between body, emotion, and action. As a cultural bridge, she helps people loosen rigid roles –in dance and in life– so they can feel at home in their bodies, speak their truth with confidence, and build relationships that are more honest, tender, and alive.
Why I’m Inspired to Be a Minister: I’m inspired to serve as a minister because I experience embodiment itself as a spiritual path. Movement, presence, and attuned relationship have been my most consistent teachers, showing me that spiritual life is not separate from how we breathe, speak, relate, and move through the world.
I feel called to hold spaces where people can slow down, listen, and remember their own inner authority—where the body is trusted as a source of wisdom, and community becomes a place of shared responsibility, care, and creativity. Being a minister, for me, means tending spaces of integrity and coherence, where people are supported in living their spirituality through everyday choices, relationships, and embodied practice.
David Beaudry

Local Movement Work: David Beaudry is a trainer and coach for integrating movement mastery and spiritual evolution. With a degree in psychology, a master’s in Medical Qigong, and 17 years as an NSCA – Certified Personal Trainer he teaches coaches, therapists and healers how to harness the power of their body and soul for healing trauma and awakening their unique gifts (and help create soul-level transformation in those they serve). He is the Founder of the Noble Movement Academy, offering 200hr. certifications in the Art and Science of Chinese Energetic Medicine. One of his biggest passions is empowering leaders and youth with the skills to lead a life of meaning, passion and purpose.
Why I’m Inspired to Be a Minister: I’m inspired to be a Movement Minister because my mission on this planet is for each person to have a deep connection with their body as a sacred vehicle for awakening and healing.

Local Movement Work: I am a yoga teacher in the Bay Area with nearly 10 years of experience inviting community into the healing practices of yoga, meditation, and dance. I have shared these practices outside through Outdoor Yoga SF, various studios throughout the Bay, as well as within the ecstatic dance community space. I weave together breath, movement, mantra, and meditation with a thoughtful curation of music to create unique and inspired offerings that invite you to awaken the wonder and Awe of being alive and embodied!
Why I’m Inspired to Be a Minister: I believe movement is a holy portal into self-love, gratitude, sacred expression, connection to Source, radical healing, and ecstatic joy.
